- Depth of discharge are up to 80%
- 1200 cycles at 50% depth of discharge
- Can'’t leak acid as it contains absorbed glass matt
- Tolerate sub-zero temperatures
- Self discharge of 1-3%
- Sealed unit
- Low maintenance
